Returns and Exchange
1. We don’t have a policy for returning or exchanging shipment after the order confirmation is completed, except if we have made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size from what you actually ordered) or if the items have a defect from our factory. Items must be returned within 7 days after the date of shipment delivery
2. Our warranty policy is only in effect for products that are received as defective. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused and unwashed within 7 days of shipment.
3. To benefit from Return, Exchange and Warranty services, original invoice is required.
4. Item is in original packing condition
5. Offers item can be returned with the purchased item if the offers item is still in the original condition, otherwise its price will be deducted
6. Item purchased through vouchers, credit card or through installment service cannot be refunded in cash.
7. Refunding the amount collected on behalf of 3rd parties depends solely on the service provider’s Return policies, and it requires customer providing the payment slip alongside New Sports Venue Invoice.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 15 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Accepting shipment from the shipping company declares that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and it is sealed upon receiving.
The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of delivery and you must have the sealed invoice that arrived with the shipment.
